Oil and Gas Company is looking for IT Coordinator Requirements: The Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of SCADA systems, local controls systems, security systems, etc. relating to oil/gas pipeline and pump stations equipment operations and marine terminal loading systems. Refinery experience would be considered. Good communication skills are required and will be working with Russian/Kazakhstan/Expatriate personnel and contractors. Good organizational and follow-up capabilities needed. The person will oversee the contractors installing equipment, coordinating with operations, construction, engineering and commissioning and startup.
