Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Head of Paid Media with a strong focus on process automation and scaling to lead ad operations in the core of our product. The ideal candidate will excel in optimizing and streamlining paid media operations, leveraging technology to efficiently manage and scale campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring that our advertising services can grow in line with client demands while maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Automation : Implement and refine automation tools and technologies to streamline campaign management, reporting, and optimization processes, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
• Scalable Campaign Management : Develop strategies and systems that allow for the efficient scaling of advertising campaigns, catering to a growing number of clients across various industries without compromising quality or performance.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization : Utilize advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and scaling. Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in campaign strategies.
• Budget Efficiency : Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost-effective campaign execution, leveraging automation to maximize ROI across client accounts.
• Team Development : Lead and empower a team of traffic managers and ad specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
• Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure that automated processes and scaling strategies align with their business objectives.
• Innovation Leadership : Stay at the forefront of advertising technology and process innovation, ensuring that the agency remains competitive and can effectively scale its services.

You are a good fit if you

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with significant expertise in process automation, campaign scaling, and team leadership within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing automation tools and scaling advertising operations.
• Proficient in using advanced analytics and ad-tech platforms to drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving agency setting.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Speak and write in English fluently.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
