You will be responsible for: Administrative support Management team day-to day activities; Travel support; Arranging meetings and conferences; Handling correspondence; Invoices and expense reports controlling; Preparing presentations; Organizing events. You should have : Experience not less than 3 years as a Personal/Business assistant in an international company with the accountabilities of expats and his/her family support; Higher education; Fluent English; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a challenging work environment.
