Responsibilities: Team managing, coordination and control; Inventing new and modern approach of digital ways of working Xfunctional working with IT, Analytical and other department Deep understanding of the business needs in digital field Leading the global digital One Pfizer approach and localizing the approach in Russia Support of digital projects: support of the scientific/medical site for the target audience, e-mail newsletter on topical issues of treatment and drug usage; Coordination of digital activities with FF, KOLs and vendors (Big National Congresses, conferences, symposium, webinars); Support in creation of promotional materials and (GCMA) approval process; Participates in development of training for FF service personnel on brand information; Contributes to creativity of product packaging, presentation and promotional activities; Control of Marketing digital budget.Requirements: Self-organization and attention to details; 5+ years in digital marketing (pharmaceutical digital marketing preferred) Team leader with good communicational Computer skills MS office, analytical systems; Experience in managing complex digital projects; Ability to work in multitasking with a high degree of independence; Experience with programs or organizations is encouraged; Teamwork skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills; Knowledge of English at the level of upper-intermediate or above; GA, Yandex Metrika, GTM knowledge, Adobe
